CHRAPA organized a signature collection exercise in 2003 to petition the Cameroon government to sign and ratify the Protocol to the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights on the Rights of Women in Africa also known as the Maputo Protocol.
We also train election monitors, observe and monitor elections, and promote the rule of law through our ‘Access to Justice Paralegal Programme’. 
Many Cameroonians are ignorant of the rights and duties they are entitled to. Due to this ignorance, rights bearers and duty owners often come into unnecessary confrontations or conflicts .
