Good governance is based on the will of the people and is the form of democracy best suited to allowing all people to live in dignity and freedom. This is also emphasized by the 55/2. United Nations Millennium Declaration a Resolution adopted by the General Assembly. Democracy requires a rule of law framework where by all citizens are involved.
